Standing Toe Touch in a tub makes it much easier to do a toe touch because you have support from sides of the tub!

Helps loosen those tight hamstrings and back!

Standing toe touch is a great stretch that primarily targets your hamstring muscles, the three muscles in the back of your upper leg.  It also helps loosen the muscles of your lower back. Using the edge of the tub for support really allows your back to relax during the stretch.  We also demonstrate a seated version in the bedroom and living room
